Do you mean new Jira UI? If so, then it is available only on Cloud

I am using new jira which is cloud based but i wnat to rechange preview jira version will you guide me how can i do it

I am sorry, but "rechange preview jira version" makes no sense.

My best guess is that you want the old layout back.  You cannot do this on Cloud, you would need to move to server.

Switching to the new Jira UI is explained in this question already: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Switching-to-the-new-Jira-UI/qaq-p/659305

But If you want to change back, this is not possible. The new Jira UI is the standard in cloud soon.
