how we will Update & Merge "Low" effort cases - custom fields with same name

 how can we find the custom fields with same and merging . olease give brief what should we do with filters

To find them, you would usually just look at your list of custom fields.  It is really up to you to identify them - the computers can't know the meaning of all of them!

Merging them is usually a case of "search for each value, then bulk edit, setting the field you want to keep to the value of the duplicate you want to drop".  You'll probably need to check the target field too - if it already has a value, you may have to think more carefully about overwriting or merging.
