https://cisco-cxe.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/CMS/boards/71. This board is not loading and it is saying maintenance window but there is no notification as such for it
Hi @rorajpal
There was an incident reported from Atlassian which you can see here https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/, and which is now resolved. If your issue persists, and since you are on the Enterprise plan, you can raise a request to Atlassian at support.atlassian.com/contact
Let me know if the above helps.
Thank you Alex for the response.
I had checked the https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ and there it mentioned issue was resolved at 3:23 UTC but we (all of our team)were seeing the issue around 05:00 UTC.
But anyway now I am able to login and all is good.

Hey there @rorajpal ,
This was most likely due to a Maintenance Window or an unexpected outage.
As Cisco has an Enterprise Support license, make sure to open a Support ticket so our Team can review what happened as we don't have access to your Site via the Community.
PS: moving this to the Jira forum as your question was posted under Confluence.
Hope this helps! =]

If the board shows a maintenance message without any official notice, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window. If it still fails, check status.atlassian.com for any ongoing Jira issues or contact your Jira admin to verify if project-level maintenance is in progress.

Hello Benjamin and thank you for the response.
I had checked the https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ and there it mentioned issue was resolved at 3:23 UTC but we (all of our team)were seeing the issue around 05:00 UTC. It was happening for all so i did not try this.
Will try this the next time if faced with similar issue.
