I'm a Jira administrator (and since I'm the only admin) and one of my colleages has managed to create a scrum board but no one can access this board now or not visible on the View Boards Menu that I can't see. Please help me .
How can I fix it so that I can see ALL agile boards please?
Hello,
Your colleague should share the filter for the board with you so that you could see the board.
@Alexey Matveev do they also need to share the board in Board Settings?
@KASIREDDY KARTHIK REDDY this is normal behavior, every filter and board created are private by default. If the person creating them has the "Create Shared Objects" permission then they can share them with individuals, groups, the project, or even make them public. Also, the person creating the board is the admin, so only they can make changes to it unless they give someone else admin access to the board or filter.

@KASIREDDY KARTHIK REDDY Your colleague that created the board will need to share it as well. They will need to open the board, click the ellipses in the top right corner, open board settings, and edit shares.
Jira considers the filter and the board separately, to both need to be shared in order for others to see them. If just the filter is shared it can be viewed in "Issues and Filters," but the board won;t be accessible.

@KASIREDDY KARTHIK REDDY Do you mean that you created a board with a filter, which you own and you can not see the board?
