i can't edit start date

I programed a rule to creat a subtasks when a creat a task and automatically edit the start date of subtasks but the field not update, i try many forms but the rule fail and present the error:

"Unknown fields defined during creation. They may be unavailable for the project/type. Check the custom field configuration. Ignored fields –
Start date (customfield_10015)"

The most strange is when i use the same rules in deadline its worked

Can you confirm if the field "Start date" has been added to the Create screen for sub task in the project where you are trying to run the automation?

Please check if the field context is not properly setup.

Due to some reason, automation is not able to find this field. So it's either the field is not present on the screen/ context is not set properly/ etc

If its properly set-up, then share the complete automation rule you have configured.

@Deepanshu Natani I don't believe that's it because I've already changed this field in other rules, the problem is when I associate tasks and subtasks
