I encountered an error while using Jira and would like your assistance.
Issue time: (e.g., Oct 1, 2025, around 10 AM)
Where it happens: (e.g., when clicking a specific issue, or when accessing a board)
Message/Link shown: Hash 1I1KRMB
Steps to reproduce: (e.g., go to board → click on issue → error occurs)
Actions tried: refreshed browser, tried incognito mode, logged out and back in – same result
Could you please check what might be causing this?

Note that this is a user community, not the support team for Atlassian nor the support team for the specific Jira instance you are trying to access.
If the problem has persisted, I recommend that you report the problem to the administrators of the Jira instance you are trying to access. They can escalate the problem report to the Atlassian support team who can look at your specific Jira instance to diagnose the problem.
Looking at Atlassian's Status Page for Jira I don't see any incidents documented for the overall Jira ecosystem at the time you encountered the problem, so it may be localized to your instance.
