This validator found in my instance but i cant understand the fonctionality and the meaning of (context) , i need a help .

Hello Karim,

It seems that you are talking about the obsolete User Permission Validator, is that correct?

Actually, this validator it's a leftover from older versions of JIRA. It is mainly here for the users who were using it in older versions and still need it. 

This validator used to give you the option to validate that a specific user is configured with a permission on that project, however, For JIRA Cloud and Server after 4.0, there is no point in using this validator, since it does not search for user parameters in the new format of Atlassian Accounts.

That been said, we recommend you to not use it. Instead, If you need to verify some permissions, use the Permission Validator.
