i export by System and Import to other System Where are now the Attachemets

Hello,

i export from old system by System / Export . Now on New i do System / Import.

How can i Import all Attachments from old System ?

@Ralf Thmas Here are few things which needs consideration.

1. Is your new instance empty and you are trying to import all projects from old instance to new empty instance?

If yes, you need to use Restore System approach instead of importing projects.

2. If you are trying to import projects from old system into new system where there already exists few projects.

If yes, you need to follow below steps

2.1 extract exported zip

2.2 you will find attachments in extracted folder. Copy those (only all contents inside attachment folder) to new system's jira home Directory -> import -> attachments -> .

2.3 now perform import of projects.

2.4 after project import and indexing, you will find your attachments attached to imported issues.
