i need to manage my resorce

Hallo,

i am a manager of 4 employe and we are working in support for alot of company. what i need is:

1. to see wich employe is woring in wich project for the next week or Month

2. to see wich employe is have capazitty to giv him more work

How can i plan my Team and my employe at the Same time

To know.

we do alot of smal projects/ suppot from 1 Uhr to 3 weeks

I beleive that you need a plugin like Portfolio, Structure or Big Picture.
