when critical priority tickets are just away from violating SLA time for first response, i want to get a notification in email , please give a solution for this

I'm assuming you are using JSM since you have SLA's.
You can create an Automation rule with the trigger of SLA Breached. In that trigger you can also set an offset (like 30min away from breach) and then as an action to send you an email.

Just replace the Slack message with the "send email" action
