i want to hide share and view funtionality in my ontrak

same way you can disable view function under following plugin

Administration > Plugins >> Plugins > Manage My Plugins > System Plugins > Show System Plugins >Issue Views Plugin

To disable it globally, you can go to Administration > Plugins >> Plugins > Manage My Plugins > System Plugins > Show System Plugins > Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - Share Content Component.

I don't know what Ontrak is, or what part of Jira your screenshot is from. Could you explain further please?

when I open any ontrak ticket i get this two options

Share function: I can email the ticket.

View: i can view the ontrak ticket in word, xml or printable format
