If the Project is permanently deleted from Project, it cannot be restored from Jira Software in any way

Please check with Atlassian support if there is any chance to restore from their backup.

Hi @thunchanok Suphapha ,

You can only restore it, if you are in Jira Premium plan. In premium, there is the trash feature for deleted projects.
