I would like to know , if i delete a group , that im using in notification scheme , can create an error or no ? i would like to know if yes or no error ?

From experience it is a bad practice to use Groups. It is better to use Project Roles.

If you deleted the group, you should remove it from the notification scheme and you should be fine.

I am not sure how it will create a problem.
