@최보훈_품질경영실_KBN , welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Are you referencing the Parent of the Sub-task? As you may know, all sub-task issue in Jira needs to have a Parent issue as mandatory.

I would say for you to review some of these pages to ensure that you have the correct file structure to import Sub-tasks in Jira:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/csv-import-parent-child-mapping-1096095688.html

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-issues-using-the-csv-importer/

@최보훈_품질경영실_KBN ,

It seems you have only these four fields because you're using the user bulk interface and not the admin bulk interface. Try to use de admin interface going to: System > External System Import > CSV Import.

By user bulk interface Jira will shows only fields previously added into the project and not considering as global resources to consider all fields.
