incoming mail server - Default Cloud Mail Server

I wanna make sure that i get it right.

If in my incoming mail server i got only  "Default cloud mail server" it means i cannot open issues and comment on issues. Am i right ?

Welcome to community :) 

Are you able to see something like this

If that the case your mail sever would be jira@XXX.atlassian.net. You can create issues and comments on the issue with this mail server 

You will now have to set up Mail Handlers first . Please check : https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email/

So you when you send email from your inbox the to address would : jira@XXX.atlassian.net and the rest as you have configured as per the doc shared
