I think this is more of a question for "Fastpath", as you're entering data in there.

You'll need to get it to ask the user or Jira for data, but I don't know how to code that in Fastpath.  (If you were pushing from Jira, then use a trigger or post-function, but you'll have to explain how Fastpath expects the data to arrive)
