Ensure JIRA has permission to create and write to the jira.home directory \\192.168.10.21\database\Atlassian\ApplicationData\JIRA.
Review our documentation for more information on setting your JIRA home.

Hi @cy liu,

the message is that the dedicated user, do not have write and read permissions to the home directory. Make sure the dedicated user have those permissions, if poosible make the dedicated user as owner for the home directory. this should solve the issue

Hi,

It means the user who logged into the windows server to install JIRA software should have access (create/write files) to Jira home directory. Hope this answers your question, if not - please elaborate more.

Thanks
