Hello,
I have a doubt, if I have an instance of Jira Software standard and a trello Free ( standard) how can I integrate it so that when a task is created in Trello, clone or create the same in a Jira Software dashboard ?
It is a free integration in both options (trello free or standard)?
I can not see if there is a way to do it directly from the instance of jira in case there is such integration free.
Thank you very much, it is a bit urgent for me.
Hugs.
It is a transition as the customer opens tickets in trello and at the moment we have no instance of Jira service management.
So you tell me there is no free integration right?
Thanks for your answer.
Right.
But there is nothing in my reply about JSM
In Jira Cloud you can create Team or Company Managed projects.
Team Managed projects are self structured projects and can be managed by a single person.
These projects have a contained workflow and board, fields etc.. The configuration in a Team Managed project is not re-usable, so it resembles a Trello setup, but with more functionality
See documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/learn-how-company-managed-and-team-managed-projects-differ/

Hola @Marc - Devoteam
I know you didn't refer to JSM, but I'm answering your question about why I want to integrate trello with Jira.
I have already seen that it can be done through trello power ups.
Thanks for your answer,
Regards

HI @Tamara
Why would you like to integrate is my first question.
Why not help the people that user Trello to migrate them to Jira. If the arguments relate to we are no able to set are own board, workflow and fields.
You could provide them with a Team Managed project.
There is no free integration to achieve this.
