integration between economic system and Jira,

I am checking business case where customer need to make integration between economic system and Jira, at the same time need migration to " Atlassian Cloud - SaaS " instead of Jira server. well !! should I take this migration in considration ? I mean , is there many diferences?

Jira Cloud and Jira Server are very different pieces of software.  But they do both have a REST API which is very similar.  Any "integration" you do is likely to use the REST API, and you'll find that most calls you might make to a server Jira will work the same for the Cloud.
