internal Directory with LDAP Authentication

Is there a limitation on number of entities for internal directory with LDAP authentication ? Will it be same as the license count ?

Only "active" accounts count against your license total.  I've worked with directories with over 20,000 users without issues.  If there is a limit, it is quite large.
