Hello @medjouti
Are you an administrator for the Jira system?
When you scroll to the bottom of a page in your Jira system what do you see for the product name and version number? For instance I see this:
Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v8.20.10#820010-sha1:bdf58e8:node1)
There are currently three Jira products
#1 does not include full Agile features. It has a basic Kanban board, but not a Scrum board, and limitations on other features typical to the agile methodolody.
#2 includes #1 and also adds full agile methodology support including both scrum and kanban features.
#3 is a separate product for service management use cases, like a help desk. It can be added to an instance where #1 and/or #2 are installed, or used by itself.
Your manager may have been referring to the differences between #1 and #2.
