is it possible to edit instead of the dots to be showed original estimate & remaning estimate.

Hi @NNJK21 Welcome to Atlassian Community!

If you are running a JIRA Kanban board, and you see these small grey dots at the bottom of the card. They indicate how long the issue has been in that particular column. 

From Board Configuration >> Card layout >> Disable Days in Columns. And add Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate field on Card Layout.
