No, this is not possible in Jira and also not recommended in Agile. You should ideally have small stories, if your stories are not small enough then they should be Epics instead.

Stories are smallest possible business requirement which should ideally be broken into sub-tasks which can carry implementation details. But story shouldn't be broken down into other stories.
