when doing a global search, i have all my default column that are displayed.
this search could display different types of tickets. each type of tickets could have its own attributes.
how can I quickly change the column to display either columns for type1 or columns for type2 ?
in column menu there is a "My Defaults" view, a filter view (that is greyed) and a "System" view.
is there a way to add "mydefault_type1" and "mydefault_type2" ? so that I can quickly change the name of column displayed ?
the workaround is to save search a reuse them when I want to search a specific type of ticket but then the global search will be useless
