is possible to change planning board from project view to see all developers (from diferent projects) at same time

On a scenario that we have many projects and many developers that can be moved throught these projects.

Is it possible to configure Agile Planning Board to show the developers and his tasks (from all projects on same view/screen)?

We think thas could be very usefull to manage resources that can be shared. Or is there a better way to handle this supposed scenario ?
