Hi Ashley,

It is available for Jira Service Management projects now. Jira Work Management projects have their own built-in forms. I am not sure of a roadmap for Jira Software projects. But you might could set up a JSM or JWM project to act as the receiving project and then use automation to create a new issue in the appropriate JSW project.

As an alternative, try out Smart Jira Forms. This add-on is available for any project, including Jira Software Cloud.
My team has developed it to:

• collect data 
• automatically add a form to the issue
• create multiple forms
• set a dynamic forms 
• share forms externally
