Are there any unpaid Jira apps available to enter the daily entry through the developer and tester, and can we generate the performance sheet according to the entry?
We required the following features
- the dev can enter the task details likes forms name , table name
- the tester/developer is able to find out which is last task I was tested before one day or one week

Hi @Durga Solse ,
Users in groups with the Work on Issues permission can log work. You can control which groups are allowed to add worklogs with this permission.
If you want to add additional information to worklogs and create a more customized view and report, you can use one of the apps available on the Marketplace — for example, WorklogPRO. With its attributes and accounts features, WorklogPRO allows you to add additional information to worklogs, making it easier to categorize and organize them.
For example, you can create an attribute called "Work Type" and define options such as "Test" and "Development". This allows you to categorize worklogs based on the type of work performed.
In such cases, the Timesheet view can be helpful. It allows testers or developers to easily see which tasks they worked on — for example, identifying the last task they tested a day or a week ago. Thanks to the hierarchical grouping feature, you can group worklogs by the relevant Work Type and user, making it easy to view the worklogs of each group.

Hi, @Durga Solse
With Time & Cost Tracker, developers and testers can log their daily work directly in Jira, including detailed notes such as form names, table names, or other technical context. All entries are stored in structured reports, so it’s easy to check what you or your teammates worked on yesterday, last week, or any custom period.
The app also generates clear timesheets and performance reports based on these entries, helping teams and managers track progress without extra spreadsheets.
Best of all, the app is free for teams with up to 10 users — so small teams can take advantage of the full functionality at no cost.
👉 You can explore it yourself by trying on the Atlassian Marketplace.

Hey, @Durga Solse! 👋
If your team has 10 users or fewer, you can use JetTime for free. It lets developers and testers log their daily entries directly in Jira, with custom fields on each worklog — for example, to record form names, table names, environments, and anything else your workflow requires.
JetTime also makes it easy to filter and review past entries — like “what was the last thing I tested a week ago?” — without writing any JQL.
Let me know if you’d like help getting started!
