Hi Community

 

One of my projects encountered a reload error. If users postpone the issue and click Cancel on the transition screen, the issue remains in Canceled status. Users need to refresh the browser for the issue to appear in the correct status again. Is that normal? Do you also have the same problem? Is there a solution for this?

Yes, this is the normal behavior that I have seen as well for many years.
