issues are not getting hyperlinked within the description field

I am trying to enter the issue name in the description but it is not getting hyperlinked.

If you write in automation you can use smart value for the summary and key together. Like ((issue.key)) ((issue.summary)). Issue key is hyperlink but the summary is not but by clicking on issue key users can access the issue and can see the name of issue in front of issue key. Consider that parenthesis use accolade.
