issues are not getting strike out if the issues are at the done status.

Hi,

when ever the issues are done status which is running on sprint ,the issues is not showing with the strike out.

No resolution field is set.

if the issues is done, then it disappear from the backlog too.

Please do help me out by resolving this issue.

The issue will have the strike out only if the resolution field is set.

You will need to modify your workflow so that when an issue goes to "done", it sets a resolution, either by post-function or by using a transition screen to ask the user.
