i had create a issue for my team member but this is not show in his dashbord .

Which Dashboard gadget that you are referring?

Can you check the JQL query of issue filter that configured in the Dashboard gadget?

Do you mean that you have set the assignee of the issue to the team member you mentioned? 

Also, Does the team member has some gadgets used in his dashboard to list down issues assigned to him

Are there other tickets created in the same project which can be viewed by the mentioned team member?
