Does it OK to upgrade jira directly from 7.11.1 to 8.1.9? Also anyone has any issue when upgrade 7.11.1 to 8.19?
Current jira 7.11.1 run on redhat 7.8 on AWS env with JVM 1.8, Tomcat 8.5.6, PostgresSQL 9.6.11
