jira Resolved date refresh Change
I have two questions
1.After upgrading Jira, the system comes with built-in time fields, creation time, and resolution time, which are 8 hours faster than my actual time.But the database's timing is correct.
My time zone is GMT+8,
If the time zone is modified through the background, the current operation time will be incorrect.

2.I created a filter with a resolution time from May 28th to July 2nd. When I refreshed the page, I found that the time had changed. Sometimes it was the start time, sometimes it was the end time, and I don't know what happened
