jira couldn`t create home directory

Hello,

on Ubuntu 20 with Jira 8.13 LTS i got this

There are some Articels in Internet , but not really helpful.

That's probably down to incorrect permissions on the file system, where you're installing Jira and possibly in the home directory for the user you are going to be running Jira as.

Check that they are all owned by the user you're going to be using to run Jira.
