jira error

Hi,

jira version is 7.9.0

Database type :oracle10g

Database version:Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 

Database driver:Oracle JDBC driver 12.2.0.1.0

We are getting the following errors:

1. when we click on  backlog to active sprint or any other tabs in the projects

There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active Objects library: Database: - name:Oracle - version:Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production With the Partitioning, OLAP, Advanced Analytics and Real Application Testing options - minor version:1 - major version:12 Driver: - name:Oracle JDBC driver - version:12.2.0.1.0 java.sql.SQLException: Unable to create connection.

2. when we first login to jira in dashboard following are the errors found:

* The end of life health check has failed in your system.

* The lucene health check has failed in your system.

* The Collation health check failed.

please provide the solution.
