i'm on the jira free plan (registered via email) and have multiple sites created for the same account; is this okay? in the plan description though it mentions the site limit as 'One'; what's that mean exactly if i'm allowed to create multiple sites?

Hi @Vrndavana Hari Das ,

you're allowed to have multiple sites on the Free plan, tthat's OK.

The limit is actually for paid users : on the Standard and Premium plans, you a user has access to 2 Jira instances, then he'll need to pay twice.

On the Enterprise plan, a user can have access to multiple sites with a single license.

In your case, since you're on a Free license it's actually not applicable.

Let tme know if this helps,

hey Alexis, ty for the response; so the users that i add (within the 10 limit of course) to each of my sites in the free plan, will have access to all the sites they're added to, right? nobody needs to purchase anything, including me, who've created the sites, as long as we're under the 10 user limit for each site, correct?

also, why the limitation for the paid version, and not the free version? i'm a little confused.
