jira - issue visibility based on group permissions

Hi all,

Is this possible in jira?  Where you can have issue visibility to only a certain group of all the people who have access to the jira project?

You have 10 issues

- 5 issues are - visible to Group 1 but not the other 5

- All 10 Issues are - visible to Group 2

This is exactly what  issue security  is for!
