Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I would like to know the steps you are following to go to this page. After logging in, are you able to see the left sidebar?

If you go to another page, like https://xxxxxxx.atlassian.net/jira/your-work, does it load?

When did this issue start? 

Are you the only user facing this issue?

Also, open the developer tools on your browser to check if it shows any additional information that can help us identify what is happening.
