Hi @Padmasree P,

Along with the attachments directory copy the plugin's jar files which are not available in the serverB and remaining configurations of the plugins will be copied as part of the XML backup.

Thanks,

Sravya

Hi @Padmasree P,

If you are planning to Jira migration that is from the serverA to serverB all the addons will be auto copied to the target instance as the part of Jira backup.

If it is consolidation we have to install all the plugins manually into the target instance

Thanks,

Sravya

Hi Sravya,

I just copied the attachments directory from ServerA to ServerB and imported the xml.

as we are upgrading the Jira when migrating, I'm not sure how the plugins will work in new environment. will copy paste from ServerA to ServerB work when we simultaneously upgrade the Jira version?
