Hi,

We have some servers LDAP to connect:

server1.domain.com

server2.domain.com

server3.domain.com

Can I add one directory per host?

The idea, is when first server is down JIRA will use the next

You can add several LDAP directories for JIRA, but it's not going to do the failover you describe.  You should be doing that with LDAP directory resolution, it's not JIRA's job to do your disaster recovery for you. 

Each server you add to JIRA will present a different list of users to the system, even if the user IDs are the same, each one is a separate list.
