jira, paste screenshots problem

I have a problem with all screen shots that i try to paste in Jira tickets, the problem is the size, are pasting in original size.

i checked with some colleagues in i realized that this step is missing with my jira user:

what could be the problem?

Ideally, a Jira admin must enable specific user permissions so that you can add attachments and screenshots to issues. Please see -> https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/attaching-files-and-screenshots-to-issues-939938913.html#:~:text=You%20need%20the%20Create%20attachments,feature%20will%20not%20be%20available.

I hope this will help in identifying issue with your user and fix it. Please let me know in case you need any more details.
