Hello,

Can you provide some additional info on the environment, as I can see in your screenshot that the instance name is "happy-test" and I am wondering if this is this a new staged instance that recently had an import for a test migration?  Because, if you didn’t include attachments in backup file or included them but they experienced corruption or were formatted incorrectly, this could be related to the import action directly.

Alternatively there is a issue where pasting a image from a screenshot will convert the file type to a .PNG:

And once converted to a PNG can trigger aberrant behavior to what you are seeing in IE and Edge Browsers as covered here:

So does this occur in alternate browsers (Chrome or Firefox), if you upload a .png to the issue does the file load correctly?
