Few questions.
I want to buy jira software and jira service desk, is there an option to buy these 2 in package or should buy it separetely?
In jira service desk can I link an open issue and map this to a backlog in jira software or should add this support request manually? I mean, if my service desk team gets a request from an specific project can they capture this requirement and enter it to the project backlog?
in jira software Is there a view enabled for our customers to see their active sprints? without permissions to edit, just to see the active activities and their status.

The licences are bought independently of each other, although there's nothing to stop you buying them at the same time. There are downloads for Jira Core, Jira Software and Jira Service Desk, but not one that bundles all three. We usually recommend you use the Jira Software install and then add Service Desk.
Yes, you can link from JSD back to development projects, although it is partly manual - a service desk agent is expected to use the "create linked issue" function.
For customers to see sprints, you will have to make them Jira developers, consuming licences (Jira Service Desk customers only get to see the portal and requests, but do not cost you any licences)
