The hardware specification for Cloud is irrelevant to you - it's set by Atlassian and they don't change it or tell you what it is.  You're buying the service, the hardware is up to them.

ok if we have 3000 users and we want jira software on Atlassian cloud so what will be the recommended hardware specification for that and we want to integrate our on premise Microsoft Active Directory with Jira so Atlassian Team will support for the successful integration
