jira-software window server uninstall problem

Hello

I'am JK

I install winder server jara-software with trial version

Now, i try to uninsatll jira-software using jara uninstaller.

Then, i try to re-install jira-software but isn't it work with below sign.

"The installation/removal of a previous program was not completed. you will need to restart you computer to complete that installation. After re..........."

Please anybody help me.

As a first step I would follow the suggested instruction to restart the server to complete uninstall. If you still have an error after that , post details here again.
