im a regular license user of jira., my team would like to have due date to be mentioned., when i create a jira ticket., email notification.
where to configure this., so by email theusers can see not only jira ticket #, summary., assignee and the Due date in the email.

we are using a licensed version for Jira and its been very useful for us.

I would recommend looking at the file:
{JIRA_HOME}/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/email/html/issuecreated.vm
It may take a little bit of custom coding, but this should get you in the right direction.
