I defined two custom fields, a custom field resolution time field and a closure time field,using a custom resolution time field(date type) - the creation time in an issue,the double type character obtained,and the assignment time to the closing time. The length of the working day is calculated in eight hours per day.

The time difference obtained by subtracting the creation time from the custom time field is accurate to two decimail places(in hours),and the subtracted vaule is assigned to another custom field.
