Hi, we set in our compeny the Jira to Kanban and I want to change it to Scrum, how do i do it? thanks
Hi @Koral Hamra and welcome to the Community!
I'm quite sure you didn't set your Jira to kanban, but you have set up a project using a kanban template, right?
How you change this to scrum depends on the type of project you created. You have team managed and company managed projects. You can see which one you have by looking near the bottom left of your screen when you are looking at your board.
In team managed projects, you can enable scrum features through Project Settings > Features. The most typical feature to toggle on there is Sprints, but you may also check if the Backlog is enabled, as well as how the Estimations feature is configured there.
If your project is company managed, you cannot convert your kanban board to a scrum board, but you can create a new (scrum) board and connect it to your project. While there's multiple ways to get there, the quickest will be to navigate to your kanban board, expand the Boards list from the name of your board that you should see on the left and then click Create Board. Follow the steps, making sure you choose to create a scrum board and connect it to your project. If you have customised your workflow, you might have to go into Board settings for your new board and make sure you map all statuses to a column of your board. That might be a necessary step to make issues appear on the board whatever status they are in.
Hope this helps!
@Walter Buggenhout thank you for the help.

Hi @Koral Hamra ,
Welcome to the Community! In addition to what Walter mentioned, there are a few other posts in Community with some information to convert from Kanban to Scrum, e.g.:
