I think there are too many problems....

Added and used label fields.

It was originally seen well, but suddenly the label is abnormal.

There are two fields: a label field and a customer label field.

The label field only showed what was written on the label, and the customer label field only showed what was written to the customer.

However, the same content is seen for the label and customer.

What's wrong with you?

Hi,

As I understand this reported problem, the label suggestions are not always appearing when you have a custom field of type label in addition to the system field of labels.  This is a different bug that we are tracking in JRACLOUD-74103 - Created/existing labels are not showing up in the list of available labels, users would get an option to create a new label everytime searching for an existing label.

It looks like this is also related to JRACLOUD-74110 - Label Suggestions should not change depending on the issue view you use.  Both of these bug are being worked on. Please let us know if this problem persists in your Cloud site, I know it has been more than a week since you posted this problem, so it is possible that an update might have been pushed to your Cloud site since then to address this problem.
