Hi All,

We have the following setup

1) company of less that 50 users

2) 350 users that want emails about issues that we create on there behalf

Currently we have 500 User count Lic however this is starting to be a big issues when we want to install a plugin that only 8 people will use as we needs 500 Lic count.

What options do we have ? or have we missed some basic setting for which users should belong to a group.

Plugins licenses follow the JIRA tier, there us nothing what limits the users for a plugin.

Option 1) get a different / free plugin or develop one yourself

Option 2) buy a second look JIRA licence/instance
